Got caught out in the rain yesterday for the first time since buying it.
I’d replaced the rubbers with thicker gauge on the header rail and around the door apertures and she’s water tight. Superb.

Where did you get your thicker door header rail rubbers from? On my Series III they seem to be rather pointless as the glass only touches them occasionally!

They are both one and the same Alistair, Jeep is now owned by Fiat Chrysler so you are right it's a blown up flat square thingy!
