The interior release handle is what bothered me as it was VERY hard to release. Since fixed. (And sorry if this has strayed off-topic).

Interesting Richard, I have always followed the AW video doing one side first & not pre setting both sides.

Went out to the Co-Op to get nuts and water for the coffee machine and took the long way home through Oxshott. Where I found myself two cars back from a Plus 4, I think it was CN14 BWE, I caught up on the Leatherhead bypass and waved. it was very smartly turned out and the colour may have been a deep metallic green with light tan leather - lovely.
For other road users it would have been a rare sight to see two Morgans at speed and in convoy.

Looks like it might just be resting there rather than fixed, it's possibly keeping the sun off and is ready for a quick getaway.

Despite having a new toy in the garage such has been the weather this week that I have used the Morgan every day, though only for circa 20 mile short trips back and forth to help a friend out with a project he has on the go, jeez the weather could not have been any better this week, so much so that I stole an hour or so to run round one of my local favourite roads this morning... As I wanted to cut the grass first equated to a late start, and I knew that I would be restricted to mostly bumbling along circa 40MPH if lucky, though the cyclists were out as expected, so down to a crawl in some places, no big deal, just enjoying the sun and the sound of the burbling V8, and keeping back from the traffic in front... with a Beemer too close behind, and which had two cycles on a roof rack, obviously getting impatient, just had to overtake and get into the space I left in front, with zero chance of forward progress on what is a narrow and twisting hilly road for the next four or five miles.... Yeah even the cyclists seem to get frustrated with fellow cyclists when they are driving their cars....

Thought to add a pic taken on my run round the "block" The hump is known as Dumgoyne, it has a distillery at it`s base.

Yes watched the video. Sad to see he didn't suggest pushing down on rear of hood to assist release lever. The advice I received came from Shaun and all the more plausible as he is the one who has to deal with replacing damaged headrail rubbers, including mine blush

Agreed Richard & I always release the rear first which is what Phil told me to do when I got my blue Roadster from them.

Great day out at Lavenham Classics show if a little cool. 70 mile round trip expecting to be in visitors car park but herded by nice lady into the show area. Not complaining as met up with seven other Mogsters including owner of a Plus 8 Aero Speedster. Louvre lust wink

How about this Dax with 4.6 litre Rover V8 giving nigh on 600 bhp/ton! and putting power down with 245 Toyo Proxes.

Interesting Bentley renovation, 1920's body on 1950's chassis.
