It struck me as a lot of money for a car finished in primer….
… It isn't primer, it is German Army Panzer Grey... RLM 02. As you probably know, se germans are very serious and have no sense of humour. So I have to correct you: The standard for tank colour was RAL7021 Panzergrau, RAL is short for Reichsausschuss für Lieferbedingungen. Sorry, couldn't resist. Markus
