A favourite stopping place when just off the ferry in Roscoff. St Pol de Leon.

You are so right, there is something very special about arriving in France. My wife and I have made three long trips to France in our 4/4 since buying it in 2008 and it is a wonderful experience in a very special car. I have written about two of our holidays in my blog "http://onemanandhismog.blogspot.com" that you may find interesting.

Like the photo Budster. Looks characterful peeping over the wall. Nice paint colour too. Not too bright. Spot on.

There is that great feeling as you land on French soil, even better if touring by Morgan

I like photos that tell a story. To me, the photo just gives me that 'good feeling' of escaping on a weekend adventure or holiday tour. The Morgan is a bit like the loveable family pet that comes along for the adventure with you.
Does that make any sense or am I completely mad ? (please be kind with your comments. I have had a very stressful working month so I could easily be heading that way !)
Roll on spring 2012. Cheers, N-M

Roll on spring 2012. Cheers, N-M I seem to have a lot of photos taken outside cafes in France or Northern Spain, most of which have the Morgan somewhere in the background. All of them have a cup of coffee or a glass of wine on the table! Bud

You threw me at first Bud......I thought "whats it doing outside an opticians?" I'm looking forward to taking my car over to France in July next year...the first of many foreign trips in her I think, and there will be lots of photos of her parked outside some cafe or other!
