Oh blimey, you'll be (pleasantly) surprised how new tyres will improve things !
Even with plenty of tread the 10yr old fronts will be shot, 80% of your braking on a Roadster is taken by the front tyre contact patch (& it's tiny)

I would change them. The compound will be very hard.

You will see a real difference if you change them. In your shoes, I would change all 4 (5 if you have a spare). You won’t regret it.

And you will be safer. The mog unlike modern cars uses the tyres for suspension. Old aged tyre walls are stiffer so less suspension
