As said before -Im on my fourth Morgan so I am a long time fan of the marque. My Plus Four now has 9850Kms on the odometer and the other day I noticed a wet mark on the floor of my garage under the front Passenger side of the front of the car. Issue -- A leak in the radiator similar to the leaks reported above. I now understand that radiators are on Back-order and I know one dealer has 2 cars in the garage waiting for new Rads. In addition I also know of a Model 22 Year car with the same leak as mine - Both have the supposed "FIX" from the factory fitted( Rubber Bobbins)

This is looking like either a sloppy design issue or a batch(a rather large one given the age spread of cars) of defective radiators

It seems a recall of cars is appropriate - am I confident one will happen -- NO!!

I know of two MY22 plus fours locally that have now developed leaky rads!

Mine is also a small leak so it still is OK to drive without the temp needle going above normal - still i’m Pretty pi**ed that a 100000 euro car has such a rubbish radiator!!

Tomorrow i should have been to my dealer for the replacement
Of the radiator but they still dont have it and the factory seems to
be closed untill january 10th.
It is annoying because the leak is now increasing.
I will go anyway and ask to add coolant fluid.

Thierry- I currently have a leak in the radiator of my Plus Four. My dealer put a radiator stop-leak product into the rad as a temporary solution till the new radiator arrives. This was 3 weeks ago and so far it has stopped the leak so I can drive the car. I am obsessed with the temperature dial though!!!! I don’t know when the radiator will arrive from the factory it is on back order I believe!
This is a most annoying development as I am really enjoying the new car

Cheers

I am sure Graham will be along to confirm, but the factory are holding one of their monthly meets this Saturday and according to the website, factory tours can be booked up to 18 December.

Saturday 18th is the last day the Experience Centre will be open, with factory tours available.
Last main production day is Friday 17th. Closing for 3 weeks, so things should restart on January 10th 2022.
