Try this; Rear Brake PhotosI've added a comment about the locator block that can be replaced with one from a transit van to make the brakes easier to remove and re-fit. I think the original may have been in a DropBox public folder that got lost when DropBox decided that they were changing how some things worked.

Thanks for the photos. My rear brake has started to drag. Is there any way to loosen this up without having to pull the whole thing apart. This happened after I trailered the thing with the hand brake on. Brake released as normal, but I can hear the rear brake dragging

I don't know for sure but if the "quick drive down a bumpy road" method doesn't free it off then getting the back wheel out, the drum mechanism out, and re-setting the handbrake adjuster is probably the only reliable way of sorting it out. There is a port in the back plate that is probably designed to allow the mechanism to be re-set with the tip of a screwdriver but on the M3W you'll need to take the wheel out to get access to the port so... If you do take the wheel out I would suggest that replacing the locator block between the shoes with the adjustable type is a smart move, it really does make working on the brakes much easier. From the Alternative Parts List it is; "Replacement manual shoe adjuster, mod to fixed item. AP Lockheed v4158-129 SP, Delphi LA18129, Ford 1560018, GM 9961958"

Those pictures of the rear brakes look soooo similar to my car trailer brake shoes! Probably not but can't beleive Morgan developed their own rear brake design for the three wheeler when its built in such low numbers.
On another car of mine which had an unusual clutch friction plate, when it wore out, I took the old plate to a company near Bordon who put a new friction surface on it for me. Company now gone unfortunately. Maybe there is a company out there who can reline brake shoes?

The brake shoe part number cross references to a LDV Convoy van 2.5 1998 -2009, might be worth investigating to see if is the same.
Interestingly the original air filter on my 4/4 TC is also an LDV part, did the Morgan factory have a delivery van on which they spotted items that might come in handy?
