Had the A/C on my + 4 serviced yesterday, it had lost 150 gms of it's original 750 gms gas which is not bad after 8 years as normal loss for A/C is usually 10-15% per year.

That is pretty impressive indeed. My tin top takes much more than that each refill.
Just out of interest how much cooling do you get in the cockpit from the unit? One of the problems we have on the conte=inent is the heat build up from the crossover exhausts on our +8 .

The only vents are those in the footwell so good for keeping the feet cool but not much else sans roof. It's set at -10 degrees apparently.
