Great result  Shows you shouldn't underestimate the effects of water ingress behind dash either!

Great result Shows you shouldn't underestimate the effects of water ingress behind dash either! Yep, good job. A Morgan drive in the rain isn't complete until you get a drip or two on your shin.

A Morgan expert told me never to trust the fusebox diagram.......... Which loosely translates to the MMC motto...................... numquam credere datis dux Or better still..... Omnes qui faciunt domine  I was made to do Latin at school. The top 60 pupils out of the year cohort of 180 were made to do academic stuff. Sadly I was around number 59.........................

I think a book on classic car electrics would go down a treat as a wifely xmas present! 🙂 ..... though having your wife only on sporadic talking terms might not suit you as much as it suits me 😁

I've got a copy of this excellent book - the more recent editions are £80 or so now but include all the ECU, CANBUS and EV that we don't need in the trads. Plenty to read so herself in silent mode could be seen as an advantage

That was ever my bible Richard, about the best £16.95 I ever spent...I oft recommended it on eMog back then. though mine is well out of date now, just like me.. (-: Boy am I pleased my old Mog is deviod of canbus etc.etc.etc. having read RichardV6 recent comments on brake lights..

Surely it can't be that difficult to rewire the brake lights with a simple 12v supply?

Indeed Dave .... the trouble might be getting the ECU to to accept them as part of the family and not keep annoying you with fault messages (or alerting the mothership in orbit and calling down an airstrike for voiding the warranty 🙂)
