Good to see your blue morgan creating a stir .... we tend to judge American beer by Bud and the other big boys .... plenty of good beer to be had on the other side of the pond if you look past those ... and that's before the 'craft beer' and microbrewers kicked off the same way they have over here.

Great to see you out enjoying your family car .... snd it's winning your wife over too by the sound of it ... what's not to like!

Great drive down to Williams open day this morning. Met up with my pal SFG who fell in love with a new black Plus 6.

Yes, a great day at the Williams open day including a very illuminating talk by Richard Shepherd-Barron about his experience co-driving TOK 258 at Le Mans '62.

Echo that. Nice day at Williams Open Day and great call to have TOK 258 and Richard speaking given the 60th anniversary.

Thanks for posting the photos of the Williams event, tinged with a little sadness for me as the previous two (cancelled) had Paddy Hopkirk booked as the guest speaker

I will tomorrow after 4000 miles in May/June. Car needs some TLC at Techniques, particularly to the woodwork holding the spare which I think is broken again.

Great pics from Williams -looks like even more Morgans than the 2018 one that I attended with Richard talking , he was good enough to sign a book of mine next to Chris Lawrence's signature. And do I spy a little GT6 hiding there-always quite liked them.

Not in Morton (that's tomorrow) but took the Airone to local M3W club pub meet at Woolpit. A stonking head wind down there made serious inroads to the 9.5 hp (on a good day) but by the same token the return of 37 mile round trip was a pleasure. Even overtook a truck at the bottom of a hill - a first wink

Branch organiser Mike turned up in this beautiful 1934 Lagonda Rapier, one of six he owns of this marque alone.

1104cc double OHC engine as in the famous straight six Jaguar series introduced later. Electric fan the only sop to modernity.
