Wow yes I had a TM device in my car in thr 90s. It told you the jams near you. As I commuted down the M40, M25, M4 to the Hogarth roundabout mosst days it just read out a litany of woes. Despite a lifetime license it did stop. It uses those blue cameras you see on gantries
