Steve Summers is the man - 42 years in the factory trim shop so what he does not know about trimming Morgans isn't worth knowing.

My 1968 Plus 4 is down there at the moment for a tonneau, hood frame cover, door cappings and one or two other bits.

Costs for trimming my 1971 4/4 (hood & tonneau, door cappings and side screen bottoms were much much less than Allon White

PM me for further details

No connection with Steve, just a very satisfied customer

My reasons were.
1. More compact when folded.
2. Can be folded when damp. (Though not recommended).
3. Far more resilient to seagull poo. (I live by the sea).
4. Easier to maintain.

Mine was replaced at the factory, in a day. (Not sure if they still offer this service).

The factory also recommended that I keep the hood erected, when the car is not in use.

I have a Mohair Trad hood but I've always like the classic shiny look of the Everflex. Money being no object I would get a second set of weather gear in Everflex just so I could have a change now and again.
