My car is 2002 and holds charge for weeks, you have a current drain somewhere. As has been suggested put a multimeter in line between battery and earth and measure current. If you do have a current draw try removing fuses. If that doesn’t work remove them all then replace one at a time. If one is affected there’s your problem.

I think the ECU is also a current drain as it often has to be kept "alive" when the ignition is turned off.
