I love the S1 to S1.5 very much. Not only the front, which has such an extravagant quirkiness, but two things that were quickly changed with the end of S1 are incredibly beautiful to my eyes, firstly this "half" dashboard and secondly this beautiful rear. I could go weak, especially as SimonH wrote here on TM recently that S1 is a much sportier car with a stiffer chassis than all later models. The steering would be an issue for me though. Someone had an S1 GTN with steering problems. I don't know if it's the same steering but it was bad finding parts even 12 years ago. Who also thinks the uniqueness of his appearance, with which car are you more extraordinary, with a Plus Four or with an Aero S1. If you are still allowed to drive petrol engines in 10 years' time and parts for the steering are made somewhere, the S1 would go up in value in my estimation. At the moment it's almost an attractive price level of a sleeping prince.

I've remanufactured all of the parts for the S1 Aero steering

Started saying this to dealers probably 18 months ago when the last one made 53k.

Dealers seemed to only ever price them at 40k tops no matter what

Indeed, also the search tab for find your perfect used Morgan, which used to return a list of relevant cars at official dealers, just gives the dreaded 404 error page, I'm surprised the dealers haven't complained

Also, the link to find a dealer shows only as coming soon! The website looks new, looks like the brakes don't work though hide

Exactly that.

Searching for Used Cars has disappeared off the Morgan site.
It looks like the dealers now have their own used car search pages (I looked at Williams and Revolutions).
Morgan's London dealership has disappeared altogether, for now. You'd think it would be on the Experience dropdown, along with the factory & Bicester, but it's not there.

& for added value, news stories don't have images.

Very odd that the whole Aero range has disappeared.

Since it's the start of a new month, I bet that the change was agreed with Dealers for Friday 30th Sept, and wasn't quite finished.
Looks like the site changed on 27th Sept

Will

Looks to me sadly like the start of the endless pursuit of shareholder "value". The price of jumping into bed with private equity, just hope it doesn't go the way of others. The constant demand for growing numbers of ever evolving cars, leaving a growing number of nearly new vehicles cluttering up dealers forecourts!

Williams seem to have 41 Morgan cars in stock...is that right?
If so, times really have changed.
