Morgan dealer discount in the UK is 13.5 % (at least it was in my case in 2009). Given that a Morgan dealership is very specialised and that volumes are low it is still a low margin. To give a comparison retail clothing shops work on a markup of at least 100%. That's why they can have end of season sales with high discounts and still make a profit.
