I wasn't - there is a lot of money to be spent removing those god awful bumpers and patching up the bodywork before it looks remotely like a proper Plus 8  instead of Ralph Nader's golf cart

The Americans do have a rather inflated view of the value of +8s - some on 'Morgan Experience' reckon early ones are worth around $75,000 so I imagine an unrealistic reserve was set. The 'famous' eMog +8 sold for only £28000 (plus commission) which is only $34,000,
