Being a big Steely Dan and Donald Fagen fan, Donald wrote a song for the latest (last) Crosby album "For free" from 2021. A great song, "Rodriguez for a Night".

Had the pleasure of seeing CSN in Brighton a few years ago on what was their last tour. Brilliant, they still had it after all those years. RIP.

Sad, but getting past 80 is bloody good going considering the amount of drugs he took on board over the years.
Remember the Dylan song Day of the Locusts? The line "A man standing next to me, his head was exploding .Yeah, I was praying the pieces wouldn't fall over me" refers to Crosby, who was absolutely baked (as was Dylan) at the ceremony where Dylan picked up his honorary degree from Princeton in 1970.
