I'm pretty eccentric (and vegan) but also not a millionaire. If my numbers come up on the lottery, I'd definitely be ordering a Plus Six (in matt black, to match the bikes).

My duck point was the early 2000's. Earlier Morgans featuring things like short doors, wings painted on the car, painted door hinges, steel bulkhead, steel wings/body etc don't appeal. My ducks kept in a row until the Trads ceased production. Now my ducks are dispersed widely.

Yes I am totally with Dave on this

What would interesting would be a back to back road test on the suspension and drivetrain improvements rather than cosmetics

Just watched this video. It's all very sterile & shiny. Would that have appealed to me back in 2008? Not really. Might as well be selling a sofa.

Bring back Chris Goffey...........

Everything is too shiny at Morgan these days. It starts with the models in the official publications, cast as if from the catwalk.
Morgan was really Morgan when the hulking Maurice Owen in his dirty work coat squeezed himself behind the wheel of the Plus 8 prototypes. And the workers in the halls tried not to be too distracted by the countless pin-ups on the walls. Of course, it is also clear to me that the plant would have no chance of surviving in this way today.

Times have changed!
Not long ago GB and Germany were the main customers for the factory. Now they are looking for another clintele. Asia and the United States promises more money and more profit.
So Europe is not very interesting anymore for these "investors". Dealers in Germany try to sell their 22 stock of cars and this seems to be quite difficult, if you see, how many of these cars are standing there. And to make it a little bit easier for them, Morgan raises the prices for 23 models around 15.000,- €. This sounds like a perfect plan to me. rofl
Maybe other markets will pay these prices and everything is fine for the factory, but I doubt, that these buyers will become the faithful, enthusiastic ones, they have nowadays in Europe.
