So the HMW stands for High Mileage Vehicles? 453cc 3 wheeler the size of a Peel 50. On US roads. No amount of drugs could get me in that thing on US roads even when petrol hits £20 a litre! Only good news is a couple of big leads could probably load it into the pickup loadbed easily enough.
