4/4s are great Morgans and I've owned a few. That said mine could be up for sale soon as I'm giving serious consideration to going over to the dark side and buying a CX Plus Four hide

First Mog was a 2012 Black 4/4 Sport. A seriously bumpy ride, poor gear change, goodly hood leaks in heavy rain, paint peeling off the wheel spokes and having to rev the nuts off it to make progress didn’t much float the boat to be honest. hide

No such issues with the Plus 4.

Yes that is a 1960s +4 Super Sports (a real one) . It was owned in the 1970s by a Welshman called Brian Jenkins and I competed against it at the annual Bentley Drivers Club Silverstone Morgan race on several occasions. He was one of the few racers who still used the bench seat, not really conducive to side support while cornering at racing speeds!

Andy

Didn't it also have some connection with Peter Morgan as well.

John Worrall then had it for a bit but I think he sold it?

Bought new 20 years ago and still happy with her. It will probably remain the only Morgan in my life. And the plan is never to sell her.

I would highly recommend the 4/4 to anyone who is interested in Morgans.

Well, the 4/4 is a photogenic car. and while we're sharing 4/4 porn, here's my 4/4 in 2015 in Italy not far from Rimini. i had recreated roughly the view from the photo that the hotel owner showed me. He with his pride and joy, his MGA, a picture from 1962.
