7th April 2023 and my 71st birthday...
Next week we have an appointment with a photographer to start the sale process. Belated Happy Birthday Peter. I suspected this would be the outcome and wish you best of luck with the sale.

7th April 2023 and my 71st birthday so I washed Tarka, started immediately after sitting in the garage since December....with a battery conditioner.
Today I'll pull her out again and polish.
Next week we have an appointment with a photographer to start the sale process. The decision has been made, recent developments with health and finances have firmed up our resolve, but it wasn't easy.
Belatedly reading this Peter, so please ‘scuse” the very belated birthday wishes! Sorry to hear that Tarkwa is going, but understand needs must… 😥 Best wishes Brian

Yes I have! It's been a while - I left the Aero with Morgan on 15th February for a 2-4 week paint fix (at the Factory's expense), and some detailing from my pocket. The Paint Shop got a bit carried away, and seem to have done a lot more work than the warranty team were expecting. (Yaay, small victories, take them where you can :-) ) And after 12 weeks I collected the car on Friday Today's Goodwood breakfast meet was a joy - so many people love an Aero - and when it's the only one there it stands out amongst the many Porsches, Ferraris, Astons, Lamborghinis... there were even more Project 7 Jaguars than Aeros today! ![[Linked Image]](https://www.tm-img.com/images/2023/05/07/PXL_20230507_060104508.MP.md.jpeg) And I had a couple of chats that could lead to a sale... if not, the car will be with a trader next week. If you've ever though an Aero might be your thing, now's the time to save yourself the trader's 7.5% commission

I may have a sale, the payment is due to land on Tuesday and if so it will be a final drive 20 miles into the New Forest to Tarka's new home. Sad, the end of an era, but the Boxster will fill in. And if I win the Euromillions Lottery a new Plus 4 2024 edition shall be mine....the Boxster would morph into a Cayman and we will all be happy. I'll be around, as I have opinions (as some will have noticed) and love ICE cars...
