Very much enjoyed following this on youtube, looked to be three plus fours and an SLR in the early sixties group, I think TOK won her class according to the commentator.
On another note -my Nascar loving acquaintances (not me) will be shocked that Shane van Gisbergen won yesterdays race on his first drive in one of these cars.

Unfortunately we couldn't go this year but I understand Leigh Sebba won something important, but I'm not sure which historic Morgan he took

Edit, could it be the ex Prudence Fawcett 4-4 that she drove all the way from home to Le Mans and then back to Sheffield ?

Well by coincidence my pal who was staying in the Arbour Hotel just sent me this

The base says 'Plateau 1, 1923 - 1939, 1st.

So well done to the team flag

We'll that's just brilliant. Mates and I were there in 2022 (with Vinmog) and watched Leigh and others fly the flag. Due to family and other commitments we couldn't make it this year and I'm now really sorry we weren't. LMC is a great event for Morgans.

i was told that TOK had pushrod failure in one race, it was repaired by Bill B, but failed with a similar issue in the next race. This is the only time that TOK had let the team down in 20 years.

The award went to #37, Morgan 4/4 1937. I'm not sure if this is the ex Prudence Fawcett 4-4.

One of our club members came 3rd in his first race at Le Mans Classic this year - he won his class last year. Second race was not success ful - gearbox failure in the Ferrari Daytona he was driving.

The fascinating thing is that the driver, Dave Franklin, is well into his 70s. Bio here. He is the guy in the middle of the photo, and a really nice fellah.
