Have you tried car builder solutions they have loads of switches, you might have to change the fitting to the plug though.

I have a 73 4/4. All of my switches have had problems, causing lots of different issues. I carefully took each one apart and cleaned it. Never a problem since then.
Just take your time with the disassembly. They are a bit fragile. My car has high mileage and the switches have been apart many times, so the contacts are worn and the plastics well chewed up. The rocker switch in front of me shows signs of being glued together as there is a crack in the side. I think several of them have got to the end of the road!

The thing I don't like about this forum is that I took the time to check the Lucas data which I have accumulated over the last 40 years of Morgan ownership to help out the OP.
Not a single word of thanks or an acknowledgement from the OP.
Won't be doing it again

Please keep it up. gmg P.S. Remember our work together? It won the team the day at Silverstone! Look how young we all were! ![[Linked Image]](http://www.gomog.com/TEMP/ArwynLorneKeith@TheBirkett.jpg)

Arwyn That would be a shame and I "liked" your original posting when I saw it. I have been offered a full set of switches but I'd like to find a reliable source of good reproduction switches as "New/Old Stock" becomes as rare as real Chippendale furniture. I spoke to Tudor Products at the Classic Car show and they said there was not enough demand for the specific switches at present for them to make them, (yet). The Jaguar Drivers Club suggested S N G Barratt, (who have a lot of old Lucas tooling), and their website shows similar switches but none of the part references match. I have entered into e-mail correspondence with their technical team and will share any useful information..

I recently bought a couple of new switches - I needed a new on/off for the fuel pump, and replaced the wiper/washer ones when I added a column wash/wiper stalk.
I think searching for 152A and 159A may bring up some options.
