As far as I know Larry, only the Dealers can do this.

Careful, there are two (!) "official" re-flashes available which MMC offers (through dealership if necessary):
1. Re-flash "Enhanced" can be applied to any GDI
2. Re-flash "Clubsport" only if combined with full AR Clubsport update (manifold, catalyst, exhaust)
