I put the new bumper tube assemblies on the 4/4 this morning. I'll probably be spending the next few days trying to figure out how to adjust them so they look, well, balanced.

Today’s little wet day job was a bit of future disaster prevention. Out with that dodgy nylon coolant T piece and in with a stainless version. It’s been on my list for long while. ![[Linked Image]](https://tm-img.com/images/2024/02/13/T-piece.jpeg)

The non-plastic tee piece is a worthwhile modification. I raised the whole assembly off the aluminium box with a plastic and rubber block retained by a cable tie to prevent annoying rattles. ![[Linked Image]](https://tm-img.com/images/2024/02/14/IMG_5226.png)

Adjusted camber using my magnetic gauge - once I'd found it Nearside found to have 1° of negative camber, now corrected.

In the garage but on one of many shelves in a box with gardening knick knacks You can attach to your spade so you get the perfect angle of attack for weeds

Nice. I got an ali version from SiFab Not so sure that I’m happy with this new stainless T today. Should have got a Sifab ali one… Out of curiosity today I measured the voltage between the T and the ali rad cooling fins. It was showing around 1v, which is about 3 times more than the other stainless pipework in the cooling system is generating (there are many grades of stainless with a range of different noble potentials). Now I’m suspecting that introducing this grade of stainless is not an ideal mix for the longevity of my super expensive ali rad from a galvanic perspective. I could well be wrong... but have ordered up an aluminum T anyway. ![[Linked Image]](https://tm-img.com/images/2024/02/14/T-volts.jpeg)
