Each Spring for the past twenty or more years birds have nested in our loft, gaining entry through some quite large vents in the boards. Today the scaffolders did their work and tomorrow the roofers arrive to replace the soffits and facias.

With a pang of guilt at displacing the wildlife, Lady W and I made a 50-mile round trip to the RSPB reserve at Pulborough Brooks and picked up a "Sparrow Terrace". Hopefully, the birds will find it as comfortable as the loft insulation they're used to.

It was a perfect afternoon for a run out with temperatures at 28 degrees. If I'd known I would have dressed more appropriately for the weather but an ice cream helped to cool me down. sunny

My Mog hasn't seen the light of day for a week. We've just been to Kings Lynn, touring around and seeing family. Over 700 miles in the tin top without seeing a single Mog frown There were a couple of Bs and a frog eyed sprite. Where were you all?

Well, we have spent the day at Sandringham and arrived yesterday after a weekend in Suffolk with family.

Very very impressive. This the CX manual MMC should have made. I'll put up a longer post later in the cx section.
It was a lovely day for a drive to and from Bury via Lavenham and fun hour in the WRP4

The CX plus Four is certainly very nice -but I would miss the storage in my doors and all the room behind my seats in the Plus 8, we had a great turnout of 28 odd cars at a run up to a Luxury Lodge north of Auckland last weekend , good food good wine and good company.

Ready for take off.
Tomorrow at first light (5 Am) we leave for southern Spain 4 or 5 weeks.
But that will mainly depend on what Swmbo wants.
I'll try to keep you posted, especially about my Intention to tour in the Sieranevada

Have a nice holiday and safe trip! Sieranevada sounds warm, so use proper protection. But above all: enjoy! thumbs drive
