There is good service, Great Service and then there is M3W Services!

I have just returned from a fabulous tour of France and Spain. We had one unfortunate incident in Spain that could have ended our trip. The 2013 cars have the gear lever mounted further towards the driver than the later version and the linkage between the gearstick and gearbox had snapped. That looked like the end of the trip. No gearbox, no drive, no holiday. I was faced with the real possibility of having to abandon the holiday.

We considered our options but the possibility of continuing the holiday looked very difficult. It was a Sunday afternoon in a tiny village in rural Spain and options were limited.

We contacted M3W services who, even on a Sunday afternoon responded within minutes. With their advice and an exchange of photos, we were able to identifiy the exact problem and to my amazement, they had the necessary part in their workshop. We had a lifeline. I asked them to courier the part to our next hotel but Steve went way above and beyond what anyone could expect and suggested he delivered the part to us in person. What a superstar.

The following morning, Steve set off in the M3W Services rapid response 3-wheeler to meet us at the stricken car. Now, this wasn’t a local delivery. He drove over 5 hours from France to Spain over the Pyrenees to meet us. He delivered the part as promised and fitted it within 15 minutes. Our trip was saved!

The breakdown turned out to be one of the most memorable parts of our holiday. The brilliant service from M3W Services along with the hospitality and friendliness of the local people turned what could have been a bit of a disaster into an example of how kind people can be when you are in trouble.

Nigel and Wendy had come all of the way from New Zealand to tour with us and M3W Services ensured that their once-in-a-lifetime trip was able to continue. Thank you Steve. Thank you M3W Services.

A couple of days of our trip….

Great cinematography Ric , we promise to remind Nigel to ease up on his iron grip of the gear lever when he returns smile
