Origami NOT required for series II & III cars:

1) Drop roof
2) Get in car
If you're a wuss go to next point:
3) Put up roof

Simple

I'm not quite sure what the point was as surely an S1 owner can drop the roof and get in, as can anyone with a cab for that matter.

(even more so if you have a hood open on your remote key fob somestick tongue2 )

The Aero, depite the series, has quite tight door opening - hence with the roof up (yes, of course you can drop it!) it takes some skill to enter well.

Now where was that video of Young-One getting into a GTN?!? happy3

i'm merely pointing out that the aero 8 is not impossible to enter - even if ur over 6'! slap

well if you'd had the driver giving you instructions - no doubt you would have come to the same fate.

Point was, drop the roof quickly and jump in and there is no need to bend yourself double - especially if you are getting old and have a bad back somestick laugh2

The Aero 8 isn't a very difficult car to get into (that would be Young-One's racer! tongue2 ) with the roof down but equally, it isn't an easy one when the roof is up due to the roof line and because of the cut of the door and the way they are hinged!

Sure you can drop the roof but is that ideal when you are parked outside in the rain!?! gloomy

...as a man of your size can, I'm sure you can see my point about 'roof-up' entry innocent

(if you say no, we demand a YouTube video of you entering the Aero with roof up! grin2 )

Ahhh my point entirely.

Due to the fact that my body is mainly made up of tight-nit athletic muscle, like a coiled up spring about to explode, innocent it is nigh impossible to get in with the roof up with any sort of decorum; thus drop the roof and dont be a wuss. wink

In reality unless the rain is torrential even then it is OK, you are getting wet outside anyway and the amount of rain getting in is minimal.
