There is humor in The Netherlands too! I am not referring to our present intolerant government, for which I feel ashamed. But humor is a healthy line of defense to the outer world. Let us enjoy life, without losing contact with reality! I am enjoying my Morgans, the Morgan world, Morgan Sports Car Club Holland, it's board, editing our Magazine and much more!   Ruut, I would like to echo your sentiments. The ability to laugh about yourself is a vital attribute. You have that! That is one of the reasons why working with you and the other mscch board members is such a joy. We do this for fun, it should stay that way! You and are totally alligned on being ashamed about our populist government.

Came as a complete surprise for me! Maybe he has a better offer.........  In the current UK car market, Morgan will be in financial trouble to some degree and the Italian owners will be blaming the CEO for lack of profitability. Lotus will be in trouble too as will McLaren. Plus the major makers like VW.

Affluent young people don’t seem to have aspirations to own anything nowadays, everything is paid for monthly, it’s all disposable novelties. I met a chap this week who liked the look of my Landy, he bought a great big Hyundai thing instead which looked similar, his reasoning, it had lots more stuff inside for the same monthly payments, that’s the market these days.
