Left home in full cloud but mild 14 degree temp, 20 miles away hit sunshine so decide to stop for a Bison Burger at Rhug on the A5. Too nice to head back so on towards Betws y Coed then over the Denbigh Moors.
Once back in Denbigh the clouds returned and a strange thing happened with my Rev counter - suddenly started to over read by about 3000 rpm. Stayed like this for 15 miles so I pulled into a lay-by near Mold. Switched off and removed the key, waited a minute or so. Restarted and all was well again so continued my journey back home.
75 miles, 2 hours, Bison Burger and a problem to think about. Morgan life at its best! No pics, sorry

Went for a 60 miles round trip to Life's to get some of my oil drained and the hydraulic lifter additive put in, got the king pins greased at the same time. rather grey and overcast but quite warm 14C in the late afternoon. Sue came along for the ride, heading back the sun was setting and we had fun in the commuter traffic, quite a few surprised looks at our open air motoring. Heater is really effective even without the blower on, lights not so great, will have to eventually do something about that, just added to the list for now.
We enjoyed the trip out, wrapped up well against the cool weather, Matt noted that my engine was running quieter than when he first serviced it but louder than should be, so if the additive doesn't work, I'll get the tappets. lifters sorted next spring. Hopefully regular use and the additive will quieten them down further. Every dry Saturday so far we have done a 60 to100 mile round trip, stretching the car further than what it probably has ever, been already done 1200 miles or so since I purchased it in late August double it's annual mileage per year before its nearly 6 years of storage, the wet weather has kept us from using it more as I only go out with the hood down and no forecast rain, so the hood can stay down and we don't get wet. There's no fun in that. Glad to be back in a Morgan again.

Business trip to Wellingborough and back - 260 miles all in. Set off early and it was cold and damp so the hood went up; and stayed up all day! Very nice drive even though it was mostly A14 and in a straight line. When I parked up for lunch a really nice chap called Danny stopped in front of me to check I was ok. Turned out he had a 4/4 and was a member of Mog Friends in East Anglia.
