Well the original plan to drive to Berrybrook today was postponed,
Instead, I managed a shorter drive on local roads (hood up, but no side screens).
The 4/4 warmed up nicely.
Lovely day but some highly unpredictable driving from the Christmas traffic.

The Christmas Tree and giant Snowman are constructed from hundreds of empty wine bottles. Lovely drive out with top down, heater on full blast and both as snug as a bug!

Any Guinness left, it is running out in London due to the supply restrictions Diageo have put on mainland UK. !?
Pub looks fun but those displays must have taken sometime to make .
We have Fakemass tomorrow, which is an early Christmas meal for family and friends who will not be about on Christmas or Boxing Day.
Beef Wellington not turkey and for the veggies 2 or 3 off them, some strange chestnut thing …! Home made figgy pud that no body under 40 seems to like. Thankfully I’m over 40, 50 etc etc.

PS Aldi has run out of its luxury Christmas cake - thankfully we have 3, one for Fakemass, one for Christmas Day and one for elevenses in the run up to Christmas eve. Ho Ho Ho….
