That has to be an absolute death trap. Put your foot down and the torque of the engine is likely to twist the crude chassis of the car by 90 degrees. What next - a rocket motor attached to a tricycle?

"a rocket motor attached to a tricycle?"

There's more than one of those out there!! 🙂

Including my mate's which was a pulse-jet attatched to the chassis of a 3 wheel invalid-carriage .... noisiest thing I've ever heard!! ... sadly, I think he may have cannibalised it for another project as I've not seen it recently ... next time I'm in past his place I'll have to enquire after it!! 🙂

Guess Howard wouldn't approve of the Isis Morgan V8 conversion to accept a 6 litre Corvette LS2 engine either then innocent

It did have a five link rear and beefed up chassis though as per image link.

Bill produced a few of these models and they come up for sale once in a while over the pond.

Made my morning seeing the Rocketman steering one handed down the highway illegally checking out for the highway cops with his arse on fire - brilliant the world is a better place for these bravest of inventors 🙏🚀😂

Mine too. What a character. Would you sit with a propane canister between your legs and red hot pipes under your bum?

Nice conversion ,but watching the on road performance feeling and the speedo and rev counter the LS3 didn't seem to give the shove up the backside and neck wrenching pinning you back in the seat type performance I would have expected for such a light car.
