I'm usually prepared with suitable clothing for top-down motoring - although I've been caught out a few times!
I had to go down to BHM this morning - sun was out and it wasn't too cold, so had a good drive down. On the way back I called into our local Ford dealer to arrange the insurance on the new tin-top so they could get it taxed. Before I'd even got out of the Mog all the salesmen were lined up at the show-room window with envious "why couldn't I sell those instead" looks!

If its on the Malvern side of the hill, it looks like the 'zig-zag' short cut between Wyche Road and Wells Road at the top of Peachfield Common. That certainly has a few tight turns - probably not ideal for a 3 wheeler

One of the last of the 4/4 Sport at the top?
Hi Graham, no not a Sport, 75th Anniversary 4/4, note the bonnet decals and 185/70 Avons, looks better in red but then I would say that! Does that mean that the Avons are available from the factory currently, My Conti's may need replacing later in the year

Interesting the tyres on the 4/4...I wondered if the standard 165/80s can be replaced with the 185/70s on the same rims without clearance problems. Obviously they can be. Hello Jay, yes, no problem at all with the 185 tyres. I have the 185/70 15 Vredestein Sprint Classic (very nice with the classic profile) on my 4/4 Sport with the original whire wheels. No clearance problem and it looks fantastic. Not to large, just right!
