First short Morgan trip of the year took us to Peterhead Prison Museum. It's on the North East 250 route and is well worth a visit, just remember to bring a jacket, even on a sunny day 🤣.

Faced with the common dilemma of “clean it or use it” today, I confess that my 4/4 is still slightly grubby. A visit to elderly parents (94) was due so I went in the Morgan. I can clean it on another day.

With encouragement from some of you on TM I've changed the front pads, had new higher profile tyres fitted and fitted and adjusted some bump stops. We have so far travelled up the Fosseway from Exeter to Lincoln with stopovers in Bath and Stratford and then on to N Yorkshire for a week before we go across to Cumbria. Met some MGOC members yesterday in the pub where we are staying and they suggested we join them on the Annual JORVIC run - so we did and have just completed it, saw some great cars and enjoyed the run, albeit the weather could have been brighter...even met a well know TV personality as his Auction House is just down the road...hope the few pictures attached display...

Went to BHM track day at Goodwood. Nice and early so had the opportunity for a hot lap. 120 down the Lavant Straight and over 80 for most of the circuit is somewhat quicker than my Mog. Missed the first parade lap as the engine had a sulk with an ignition problem. managed to sort it for the late afternoon parade laps (3) taken at a gentle 40 - 50 mph.

Indeed thumbs, that Lancaster fly over was great, back on Sunday for a vintage Bugatti fix
