Certainly was. Hope you got some good photos. Think we're hoping for 13 Bugattis tomorrow.

Dodged the unexpected downpours during a runout for Steel Bones, a charity supporting amputees and their families.

Converged on West Stow Country Park near Bury St Edmunds for chat, drinks, sandwiches and Julie's excellent cakes.

Well coordinated by Hawki of this parish.

To Brussels for the introduction of the SuperSport.
The day started wet so all the Morgans roof up.

With a few exceptions.

60 Morgans were ready for a beautiful ride around Brussels.

A fast 200 mile motorway blast to Newbury yesterday to meet up with some friends then return today via the B4009, a lovely old road that follows the route of the Ridgeway to Ivinghoe Beacon avoiding the M4 and M25. Then A505, A11, A14, and A413 to home.

Last weekend to a classic car meeting nearby.
Another great turnout despite the weather not being so good.
But what was special about it was that suddenly my old 4/4 drove up.
I sold her a few years ago (22 I think). It is the 2nd owner since I sold it.
I knew it was someone from the neighborhood; after all, the Morgan world is a small world.
But it does something to a person when you see again after a few years what you have cherished for more than 25 years.
But she is in good hands now. The new owner had a whole bunch of questions and plans to take care of all the ailments that a 35-year-old car has.

She still attracts a lot of attention.

Mine, on the other hand,

After the Morgan workshop Koopmann serviced my Moggie, I was able to pick she up today.

I took the opportunity to have a look at the monument to our old emperor, Kaiser Wilhelm I. This is located in Porta Westfalica.

I couldn't drive with the top down for long, it got very wet quickly.

For the first time in the “new" garage, an old blacksmith´s forge.
Until now, I've mainly used it for my motorcycles and as a building store for restoring my half-timbered house, but now the Moggie is finally at home.

Today’s driving -just over 350 miles from Chamouille (France) to Home via Calais and Dover.

Totalling up the mileage, we have done 2042 miles in 13 days. Got as far as Lake Garda (via a wet Stelvio Pass)

Car now has 47,000 miles on it in 11 years and a bit. Not a colossal mileage but not exactly low. Still purring along. Now in need of a good clean.

Fabulous shot, I have to do this now - thank you for your inspiration 😎😂

It will be a good opportunity to pop in on Peter and visit Treviso (Polish 318) where my late father flew Spits out of, both rocketing the withdrawing Wehrmacht and carrying out pre and post raid PR work in the stripped down unarmed Mk IX clipped wing fast Spits.

This is also the base he flew the Me109g into in full camo and no IFF - crazy they were RIP
