Finally got around to photographing some modifications I've made to my 23 Plus 6:
New Plus 4 rear view mirror to replace the black plastic standard one.
Librands side mirrors to replace the standard funhouse mirrors.
Alloy paddle shift extensions.
Quadlock mobile phone holder
Storm cover.

Quadlock looks great. Does it not foul the side screens ? What is the spec for it if I want to buy one?

Its the Quadlock "Car - Adhesive Dash/Console Mount".
It does not go near the side screen and sits exactly in line with the A pillar so does not block your view of the road ahead or out of the side screen.
A happy discovery also is that if you turn your phone from Portrait orientation to Landscape in the holder, you can 'video' and it captures the road directly ahead - I discovered this when doing a couple of complementary laps of Croft Circuit the other week!
I ran a charging cable from the glovebox round the top of the dash (there is a gap between the metal of the dash front and the leather top roll) to just below the Quadlock. You can get powered charging heads for Quadlocks too. I used a weatherproof charging Quadlock on my Super 3 and they are great.

Having just acquired my 2020 Plus Four, I too, was struck with just how poor the rear view, and door mirrors are. My dipping black plastic rear view mirror was next to useless providing a foggy indistinct view, whilst my door mirrors are not only already pitting, but are impossible to adjust. On dismantling them I found the inner curved friction plate to be be pitted and rusted which is why they are so difficult to adjust.
Like you I thought the MY25 factory rear view mirror would be a big improvement but regrettably I was too tight to shell out the £250 the factory were asking for it. So instead I fitted the Librands small chrome mirror at £45. Its not as nice as the factory one, and it was a mistake.in retrospect. I also wanted the new factory MY25 door mirrors, but all supply is going to production, so they are unavailable, so I am in a quandary to wait for them or go the Librands route like you.

Bite the bullet either Librands or John Taylor- phoenix developments(morganhoods.com) mirrors are the business and a definite safety improvement

I'm interested in getting a Quadlock "Car - Adhesive Dash/Console Mount" like Professor M. Now that it's been installed for over 2 years, will you tell me if the adhesive pad is still sticking to your A pillar? Also, are there any problems attaching and detaching your phone on it? I know you have to turn phones (45 degrees?) before attaching it to the bracket. Thanks.

Interested to learn the origin of the alloy paddle shift extensions and how are the attached.
