At highschool, during a biology exam, this was the only question:
'Give seven benefits of breast milk.'

One student had a hard time thinking of seven benefits.
But this is what he wrote:
1) It is the perfect formula for the child.
2) It provides immunity against various diseases.
3) It is always the right temperature.
4) It's cheap.
5) It bonds child and mother.
6) It is always available when needed.

Then he couldn't remember anything anymore.

Finally, in desperation, he wrote:
7) It comes in two attractive packages and it is stored high enough so the cat can’t reach it.

He got an A!

More than happy to be informed I have got that entirely wrong... again..(-:
The sites in RSA were for the South African Air Force as we were the Aircraft Navigational Aid Suppliers and maintained and ran the sites which were blast proof hence no windows just a few armoured glass bricks at ceiling level.

I was reminded of this Neatishead tragedy , at the time I had a Saturday job as a youngster and one of the chaps I worked with was a part time fireman with Norwich Fire Station who were called upon to this tragedy and his description was the most harrowing I've heard as it was all underground in the pitch black and he lost three colleagues.

I visited RAF Neatishead museum a few years ago Richard with a view to including it in the M3WC Norfolk tour of 2018. The awful events of the 1966 bunker fire, started deliberately, were described to us by one of the tour guides. What stuck in my mind was the firefighters had to make the decision to flood the underground bunker knowing the bodies of their colleagues were inside.

Richard, that must have been quite some visit with that history.
The thing I never forgot that Eric said was that when later they went in to clear the building they could see their colleagues hand prints left in the smoke stained rooms and tunnels desperately seeking an exit.

The cruelty of modern day farm raised haggis 😢
Always ask for organic wild caught haggis if you can find it.
