Love those smaller bullet side lights.

Yep. I'm not averse to giving my car a going over with polish and wax now and again, but far more important in my view is taking care of the moving bits. An hour spent lubricating bits, checking for tight fasteners, wiping stuff down with ACF50, checking levels and electrical connections etc is worth far more than the same time spent polishing an already clean car.

Good common sense words however over the years, I have found that during the course of cleaning and polishing, I have noticed some little things that needed attention before they became big things so both activities are well worth doing.

All done (bar a tiny bit on the otherside!)

Very happy with the 'RatMog' look. Will need a bit of fettling but has the desired effect. Cost about £150 in paint, brown paper and masking tape.

Those hubcaps are looking a bit shiny. Got anything left in the rattle can? smile

Have you also sprayed the windscreen frame black, if so might as well do the radiator grill, hub caps possibly even the mirrors light trims and bullet lights for a complete stealth look, maybe with a number stenciled on the grill. I prefer cars that have as few colours as possible

No, leaving all the chrome shiny bits. I think the contrast sets off the black nicely and breaks it up a bit. I may do the side screen surrounds though.
