This is how my favourite dealer describes them. You can fit them yourself if you wish.
Allon White Brake Reaction Bar

Also available here Librands Brake Reaction Bar and through most Morgan specialists.

It's a diagonal tubular brace fitted between top of kingpin (secured under its top bolt) down to chassis rail flange as shown below.

Without doubt it should have been a standard factory fit but remained an option until end of Classic production. It does more than just handling brake reaction benefitting shock suspension loads as well.

Is what you are looking for re my previous post.
Those who think streuth what a state. It looks much better now I have cleaned it up. My car is used virtually every day & lives by the sea.

Thank you IcePack. With two fresh greasings under its belt the graunching has reduced considerably, but I will have a look to see if there are abrasion marks behind the springs (also live by the sea and also use almost daily, though I suspect there's less salt in the air in southern Sweden than in your fine town)

Investigated why the horn had stopped working. Turned out to be failure of the relay. This component was included in the twin Fiamm set up I installed about 6 years ago. Relay is mounted on the nearside inner wing and is readily accessible. On substituting with a spare relay that I keep in the fusebox, the ‘audible means of approach’ returned to the fold!

Suspect this stems from a recent incident with a pothole on the nearside, the violent jar probably upset the switch workings.

A pair of replacement relays - less than £4 each – are now on their way thumbs

Installed an offset air intake from Merlin Motorsport to collect cold air arriving via an aluminium plate mounted inside the cowl and extending over the top of the radiator.

Will it offer any improvement? Who knows, but it chewed up a good few hours in the man cave.

Nice work Chris, I did something very similar to the Roadster a few years ago and since the mod the fan hardly ever comes on - so it certainly keeps engine temps lower

Nice work Chris. If you can get an OBD2 scanner working with your car you should find ambient and MAF sensor provided inlet temp available for display. This will prove how efficient your mod is. Should be within 1°C except perhaps when stationary.
