Yes Dave BUT there is a great Chinese saying which goes something like this "the mountains are high with the valleys so deep and the Emperor, a long way away" grin2. I cant imagine if there is no financial reward sought coupled to the fact that its a one-off, MMC would even notice.

PS
Dont quote me on this!!! rtm

I am also thinking of replacing my present dashboard with a more retro look. This would entail keeping the ivory instruments and adding a few embelishments like toggle switches etc. All I have to do now is summon up the courage to tell SWMBO that the perfectly servicable existing dash lacks a certain charm swmbo---whatch this space!!!!!

G'day David,

Now it's funny that you should say this laugh2 because my original thoughts were for the morgan wings in outline form only, repeated on a plain white background ( ie. aluminium would show through completely except for the logo....giving an "etched" or "engraved" look ).

While fiddling around with the image in photoshop, I hit the bas relief button in filters and fluked the colour for an exact match to the leather colour and liked it! But I'm thinking now there will be very little "aluminium look" to it.

The whole project needs more thought yet. thinking sherlock

Appreciate your input and............honesty is always the best policy!

cheers Neil.
