Can someone please tell me which HT leads are best for 2005 Plus4 duratec 2.0?

Magnecor offer top quality ht leads. Their 8mm core ones are fine for a road car. You can download their application catalogue here. Note the Ford Focus also used this engine in 2005. Looks like kit 40490 would fit but double check.

Yep, they are the standard Ford Duratec pre the plug on coil set, As Richard said the Focus used them, Mk3 I think. Also used on the Mondeo. That generation had a coil pack, the big block where all the leads go to at the bulkhead end of the engine rocker cover. Coil on plug systems don't have HT leads as such, just a wiring harness.
