hello Morganists,

Just a quick tip about the 2008 4/4 Sport -
there's no spare tire, but I saw a circle drawn on the rear under the luggage rack.
Is it a removable cover, or is it just for aesthetics?
This is to see if it's possible to modify it to add the wheel without put it on the rack
If it's fixed, which is more concerning, how do you access the fuel pump and filler tube (which needs to be changed every so often)?

I'm considering a 4/4 sport but it's far from home, and before moving I wanted to clarify this detail

thank you

You can fit a low level luggage rack with a spare wheel adaptor and that will quickly solve your issues!

Hi Max,
its fixed, the circle is just for aesthetics as you suggested.
Fuel pump and filter have to be serviced from under the car with a struggle.
Cheers

I never kept the wheel on all the time

And gentlemen I present the 2009 Centenary launch of the MMC back to basics Lightweight 4/4 Sport at 800Kgs and 115bhp lithe and responsive.

Less is more every time for me at work rest or play rofl and uncluttered thumbs

p.s. It is probably dawning on Craig right now exactly why I didn't buy his pristine 4/4 Sport from him but went for Jeremy's unmolested 115,500 Mile one budster drive

2,500 miles since July just dailying and a couple of meets with Graham and one with my Son down Kernow Steam Rally he loves chucking it around and it bears his Joseph William initials and is his car. .

Craig, that is a very neat looking wind deflector. May I ask where you got it?
