Plymouth/Spain/France/Plymouth 2011
2 week trip with my friend Steve to see my brothers family in the south of France. No motorways, no Highways - planned via Google Earth fly-through. Perfect.

Very nice car, although be careful when parking with those two rough looking characters hanging about.

Lovely looking Car
Did you store your journey using anything Like Tyre? - i am trying to get a collection of routes to Spain without having to use toll roads all the time, so any route suggestions would be welcome

This link might show the route from Santander to the South of France that we took.. If it works I can send you another one driving to Brittany for the ferry back from Roscoff. No tolls, no highways.. no traffic! < http://maps.google.com/maps/ms?msa=0&...z=6&vpsrc=1>

It works & that looks a fun drive. In 1976 I drove a Honda 400 F1 from Paignton via Plymouth to Roscoff via Bordeaux to Santander then via Burgos to Madrid , Toledo, Ogaz, Cuiad Real,Cordoba then Cadiz then onto Morroco, Algeria, Tunisia, Sicily, Italy & home.
I did it again in 77 but only to Cordoba & back.
I can't recommend central Spain enough. Your adventure bought it all back.
