Meet the Mika V8. A collaboration between Hall Engineering (BMW Mini suspension, Wells Vertige chassis etc) and Matt Humphries, this concept uses a standard Mustang Coyote V8 and six speed manual box with an LSD in a bespoke chassis. It has an Aston-y look to it from the rear quarter.... which is far from an impediment in my book ! 😀... sad to think that so many promising 'human designs' possibly won't see the road ...though, no doubt our streets will be chocker with 90% AI styled cars before we can blink.

It has an Aston-y look to it from the rear quarter.... which is far from an impediment in my book ! 😀... In terms of the rear, my immediate thought was the BMW Z8. I know Matt was working on watches for quite awhile, and believe he still is, under the name MHD Watches. They tend to have an automotive influence in their design and he has produced quite a few models that really do hold their own in a competitive space.

With the Coyote V8, this is quite like the still-born TVR of a few years ago ... was interested as that was designed with tall (~2m) drivers in mind ...

The front looks a bit corvette-ish and the rear a bit merc sl-ish….. there’s a bit of DB11 in there too….!
But….. all together it looks really good.
It’s not as good as the aeromax but he got that right first time…😆🤷🏼♂️
MH should be a bigger name than he is…🤷🏼♂️
