Fully agree with you MartO………my Volvo needs two people to drive it. My wife does all the on screen functions. Very important when the windscreen suddenly fogs up !! My finger can and does often miss the right icon whilst driving. 50 grand and they still cannot stop cars misting up even on door windows. Guess Mercs triple glazing solves it perhaps ?
Only a couple of modern tech I like is cruise control , use all the time driving through Europe with so many speed changes and BLIS .

Seller is saying the car was purchased just shy of £145,000. I thought that was 400 territory, which this one obviously isn’t. Also says “currently there are under 20 UK cars”. Both seem to stretch the limits of honesty.

Bidding is at £86,000, with 12 hours to go. I suspect the seller would set the reserve north of £100k.

There are certainly a few dealers singing happy first birthday to their supersports sat in their showrooms for sure. Still a very good deal at 100k if you have the cash and really want one.

There's a brick wall at £100k. However good these Morgans are, cost will always dictate numbers sold. There are just enough buyers right now, but as the market stands, there are secondhand bargains, and that's what works against new sales.

There's money about, if people really want ome. Just had a wander through the Preston yes Preston Porsche dealership and spotted a decent secondhand 911, just a mere £184k, most of the showroom cars were north of £120k and it was packed full of them and outside there must be another 20 plus cars. Sadly very few 911'a, no Boxsters or Cayman. That's in the North of England in an economically deprived Preston........amazing how much drug money converts to metal in upmarket showrooms, once it has gone through the nail bar, turkish barbers and wape shops cleansing routinues.

John, I think if you visited any Porsche dealership you would see the place crowded out with pre owned Porsches for sale and very slow turn over, creating exactly the scene you describe, which I read as a sign of the times...?.
