Kris, They are a very expensive bag, but it fairness they are quite well made. The fit is extremely neat so the bag takes the minimum space, additionally they are quite robust and would protect your "even more expensive side screens" from scratching or breakage. They are also part of your Morgan accessories, could help when you sell the car and have the Morgan Logo on the cover. But you are right they are after all only a simple bag.

I bought the MMC version for mine. It is a good job and keeps thed screens clean and safe, even sitting in the garage.
It has a middle division, to stop the screens rubbing against each other.

If you have the Sport, do you really need them? They stow away in the carpeted slot in the boot and not stowed under the luggage rack like the other Classics. I just slip a small towel between the two screens. The factory told me that the bags would be too bulky to slip into the slot.

It fits in the slot perfect, without the bag they were bashing about in there. I think the perspex would have been marked very quickly.

On both my Sports when I stored the side screens in their slot I separated them to protect them from damage with a sample square of soft carpet, it only cost 50p and it had bound edges.

Does anyone know what the storage solution is on the new Plus 8? There's a thread on PH where it would appear there isn't any storage but I'm sure I've read somewhere a comment such as " a clever solution for the panels"? I've stated that the great TM community will know the answer so come on guys, please help an old man out
Cheers

I've an old style luggage rack without sidescreen storage, and if I put the sidescreens behind the seats they stick up in an unsightly way (and make putting the tonneau on impossible. Does anyone have a good tip on how to store them neatly if I take them off whilst on a trip.

I find on my +4 that to lay the bag flat I need to slide the seats forward a little then slide them back once the bag is stored. Even then the passenger seat doesn't slide all the way back.
