Bringing her home

Nearly 3,000 km in 10 days and still smiling we arrived home on Lake Como.

The trip was fantastic. If it wasn't for other commitments I think we would still be out there somewhere. Probably we would have turned right and headed into Spain. Ah well, next time we just might do it.

Thank you Morgan and all at the factory for creating such a fabulous car for us.

Great trip, great memories ... soon on Lake Como.

Thank you to all for your nice comments.
Fabrizio: The car is Sports White which used to be called Sports Ivory. Ivory is a better description as it is very definitely a cream or ivory colour. The upholstery is Muirhead leather colour Mulberry and the carpets and hood Maroon. It has a Walnut dash and a Moto-Lita steering wheel.

It is raining at the moment but as soon as we get a bit of sunshine I will take some photos; hood up, hood down and interior, to put on the "Traditional Morgan Colour Samples [Photos]" thread.

Lovely photos! Matter of interest ... are those the factory case and factory luggage straps on the back?

The case and the leather strap are from Morgan. They are very nicely made but I found the straps go over the case straps. I will try to organis the buckles in a different place next time.

The security straps were suggested by someone in an earlier thread. They are SPT Lockable Rack Straps that are made in Australia for surfboards and canoes.

I found them from a supplier in England. You can find them on Google.
