Oh - and welcome to the forum. As you have found there's no shortage opinions and useful suggestions about the 'ideal' specification for your Mog.

I love the riveted wheel too, for its looks and the delicate feel.

Had one on my +4.
Looks superb, but I prefer a thicker rim - probably something to do with my chunky fingers smile

Parisa,

For safety reasons you should get the sun visors. Your hat will blow away when you need it most.

After six months, if you don't want the visors you can remove them and sell them.

Hello Parisa,

I had both steering wheels. The walnut wheel felt just right in my (tall) hands, the riveted one is too thin for me. It seems to depend a lot on how huge your hands are (and what you like). I liked the walnut wheel so much that I keep it as a spare.

Jay, take into account that the Plus4SS Banjo steering wheel (which I like very much) is bigger in diameter to cope the 3 turn steering rack, if diameter should be an issue for you.

Parisa, do you want to go for an easy up roof or is a trad. 9 stud an alternative for you (no mohair option so far I know). I like the look of a 9 stud much more, and after my experience with three easy ups, it´s nothing to worry about to manage a 9 stud hood - a three minute job up and a one minute job down, and it keeps you also relatively dry in the rain. And a really BIG advantage are the two additional corner windows especially for checking bicycles when cornering as well as for blind angle cars. On the MMC page you can compare the look of both roofs with the car configurator.

Oh, I forgot to say, welcome (from a driver who also shares this curious mix of an Elise with a trad Mog).

Another vote here for the thicker walnut wheel. I have one in 14" diameter, I love it.

I was unsure about sun visors but I have to say I use them a lot. If the hood is down and the sun gets low first they are turned up and then turned down.
