Well, looks like the Kansas PD will be relieving Mr Morgan of a few dollars! The youtube post says he was doing over 100 mph.

Indeed, I was pulled over a few summers ago here in Michigan doing 87 in a 70 MPH zone and the fine was close to $400!! But, if he was "going 100 mph" then it may be a new speed record for the 3 wheeler (especially after watching the Top Gear season 18 episode 6 on BBC America again last weekend).
New one today, sound is messed up and it is kind of blurry and not very exciting... but who am I to judge?
