Yes, well played! There were no deaths and no accidents really that I have read about and the Morgan walked away with an award. It also proved that a stock 3 wheeler can comfortably complete a 3000 mile journey through out many different climates. Another successful Gumball.

Like many, I'm not a fan of the Gumball but 3000 miles in 5-days in a Morgan 3W is a considerable achievement, both for the Trike and also the driver. We have done Route 66 in our Aero 8 (2448 miles), but took 6-weeks over it so we have driven quite a bit of the route that the Gumball took and some parts of it are not easy.

Many congratulations Charles and Kiera and I hope that Morgan get another award at Le Mans. cheers flag

Brian

indeed, such a long time in a M3W: impressed!!!!
(but now we also know why the new bevel box is less loud,
Kiera wouldn't step in unless that was solved rofl)

I do like the clip Charlie put up of Charles with his flying helmet on and Kiera arms up sunbathing.

Out of interest did you ship your Aero or are you a USA resident ? Just curious about the cost + who shipped her. We are thinking of doing the big trip. Cheers Graham

When asked how many speeding tickets he received during the Gumball, Charles responded:
